We are an artisan bakery, that value the optimum results achieved by the use of fine quality and fresh ingredients. We use some of the highest quality of imported and domestic chocolate, Madagascar and Tahitian vanilla beans and extracts. Many of our baked confections are available in two sizes; "Hearty" and "itty bitty"! Our "Hearty" sized baked confections are approximately 3 ounces....these are one third larger than most.

Our attention to detail is an important aspect in the final product and the packaging of that product. We have researched a variety of inner packaging solutions to ensure that our products will arrive as fresh as possible to your door.
