Incredibly Edible Cookie Company is a small artisan bakery that prides itself on incorporating fine ingredients in an effort to provide the best product for their clients. This is not a new philosophy for the owners of Incredibly Edible Cookie Company, who have been in the culinary field since the 1980's. Quality of product and the presentation of that product are of the utmost importance as is satisfying the needs of clients. Whether it be for a Corporate event or a birthday celebration....the focus is to meet and hopefully exceed the customers' expectations!

Corporate Gift Client and Custom Orders
Custom orders for parties, weddings, promotions, or any other special event are available, and require a minimum order of 20 favors or boxes. A 50% deposit is payable at the time the order is placed and accepted, and the remainder is due one week prior to delivery, unless other terms have been discussed and approved.
In preparation for us to deliver to your client list, we will need you to provide us with the address list in an Excel Format. It is important that you provide accurate information to ensure that all deliveries are delivered on time and to the accurate addresses. We ship via UPS. Please note that PO boxes are an undeliverable location address. In addition, we only ship to the continent of USA and Canada.
In placing your orders please be sure to reference your name, company name and order number, once you have received one from an email from our company. For additional information, please visit our Ordering Terms and Shipping Information page.
Cookies, Bars and Brownie Allergens
Many of our products DO contain nuts, nut butters, eggs and dairy products. Since all products are prepared on the same premises, there may be a probabilty of trace oils or nuts in all products.
Sales Tax (New York State)
Sales tax is added to all orders placed and delivered in the State of New York @ 8 % tax rate.
Shipping / Ordering Information:
All customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges. The shipping charges are determined by weight, location, and method of shipping that was selected. All orders are shipped F.O.B. Rochester, NY. Incredibly Edible Cookie Company does NOT bear the risk of loss if items are damaged or lost during shipping.
If you have special shipping requirements we will do our best to accommodate you, although there will be NO shipments to PO box addresses. We strongly recommend that you select a shipping method that will ensure your items to arrive within 1 - 2 business days to better ensure freshness of the products. We have researched inner packaging solutions to help in this area, but the customer still needs to select the best shipping method to ensure as timely arrival as possible.
Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 10 A.M. will be shipped that day dependent on the ship to address and if it meets the shipping delivery time table for UPS with no holding times in the shipping company's warehouse. Also, if you select a product that has recommendations for Insulated Shipping on our site, we may not accept any shipping methods that does not guarantee the product to arrive overnight with special insulating packaging properties at an added cost to consumer. This has been added for your safety or for the appearance of a product to arrive as professional as if you picked it up at our bakery! (Please see shipping section for pricing and delivery timetable.)
Because most shipping companies do not move packages over the weekends or holiday, it is our policy to hold the order until it can be shipped the following Monday or the following acceptable shipment day as it relates to holidays for these orders. During the holidays please allow more time for the shipping companies to ensure delivery of all orders.

We want our customers to be 100% satsified with our products and services. If for some reason you are displeased, please notify us within 48 hours by email, with your billing name, address, ship to name and address, order number, date of order and date received information. We will then review your concerns and get back to you in a timely manner.
We do however, ask you to contact us ASAP (preferably within 48 hours of receiving your order) so we can correct things on our end...considering the perishable nature of our products.
All other merchandise that requires a return will only be accepted with a return authorization number from IECC. Please note: All sale merchandise are final sales and not returnable.

Can I include a personalized message to my order? Yes, you can! Please visit the check-out page where there is an area for you to include your personalized message with your gift.
Do you offer gift wrapping? Our Gift Selections are featured under Packaging Options for visual review. Once you have familiarized yourself with the three options...these options are featured on each product page during your selection process. Just use the drop down menu and add to cart!
Do you offer special promotions for your products? Yes, we do! We have a "Cookie of the Month Club". If you prepurchase a 3 month selection of our cookies (Minimum purchase for a combined total of $100.00 or more), they will be discounted by 10%. Please note that this cannot be combined with any other promotions.
What other promotions do you offer? We have a "customer appreciation" promotion! When you have placed 12 individual orders (A minimum for each order of $30.00 or more) we will gladly give you your next dozen of cookies free! This free dozen of cookies are not from the entire collection. We also, reserve the right to make this selection for you, since it may be an unusually busy time and certain levels of cookies may not be available. Please note this cannot be combined with any other promotions.
We also, may send out emails notifying you of "specials"...you may take advantage of them if you choose.
