I ordered the "Mixed Bag Americana" and the "IECC Signature Assortment" to surprise my wife for her birthday. With such a busy schedule these days the shipping was well worth the ease and the unique gift. We received our assortments much faster than I anticipated. I was not sure about ordering cookies online, but we were very impressed by the quality of the product. The cookies traveled from a small town in Upstate New York to Washington, DC, and were probably as fresh as the day they were made. We are guessing that this is either due to each treat being individually sealed in a packaged, or because of the quality ingredients they advertise using.
